I think the biggest misconception about tripping on lsd is the "Expand your mind" phrase, its become so cliche' and i think people who are afraid to try lsd generally assume it just means to be open to new life experiences and try new flavors at starbucks. Also i think lsd just gets a bad name because most people who talk about it just aren't smart enough to explain it. Lsd can tap into the parts of your brain that haven't been used. Typically you get the sensation that your thinking on the outside, looking in. From this vantage point you can un-program all your hard wired behaviors. You will also start to make giant connections you never realized before, about anything, everything you've ever known is condensed into more efficient understandings, its like a defraging your computer's hard drive. In my dia-journ, which is diary and journal combined, i would refer to this entire mechanism as "encapsulation" because i didn't know a better word for it. But it doesn't stop there, that's just on 2 tabs. If you take 3 tabs... You will start to see the geometry connecting everything, it is the coolest sight you will never see otherwise. 4 tabs, your mind expands further out into uncharted territory. You will likely come into low levels of cosmic horror, the weight of all the world's suffering happening at this very moment makes you so nervous to be alive and can be absolutely soul crushing. Most likely you won't make it past this phase, but theoretically if, someone like you, could possibly encapsulate this phase... Your brain will be so flexing and sexy that you will be able to process up to 3 levels of contrivance!! Which will then allow you to encrypt your thoughts into a secret code of shapes, to jam any telepathic entities from hacking your thoughts. The next level of cosmic horror is what I like to call "The grand implosion of all that is pure". I could explain to you what happens there, but fuck you, you're gonna have to pay me money first, all of it, everything you own, i want to put your entire life in a box and make you look at it from outside a window in a museum, that i own.
